  • Once we’re partnered, you simply share your event dates and basic details. We coordinate delivery, setup, and breakdown directly, making the process seamless for both you and your clients.

  • Yes. We offer discounted partner rates and revenue-share opportunities for venues and planners with recurring rental needs. Pricing is structured to allow you to easily include the dance floor as part of your event packages.

  • For most events, we set up the dance floor a few hours before the event begins and return the following morning for breakdown. This schedule works well for the majority of venues.

  • Yes. If your venue requires same-day removal after the event, we can accommodate that for an additional fee.

  • For an event running from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM, setup usually takes place between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM, with breakdown scheduled the following day between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM.

  • We primarily serve venues within a 30-mile radius of Ellicott City, Maryland. Extended service—including the Eastern Shore—is available with custom quotes.
